Description

These air fryer chicken thighs are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. A quick and easy dinner that’s full of bold flavor and ready in under 30 minutes—perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.


Ingredients

– 4 chicken thighs, bone‑in skin‑on (~2 lb)  

– 1 tbsp olive oil  

– 1½ tsp kosher salt  

– 1 tsp black pepper  

– 1 tsp smoked paprika  

– 1 tsp garlic powder  

– ½ tsp onion powder  

– ½–1 tsp aluminum‑free baking powder  

– ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)  


Instructions

1. Pat thighs dry. Mix oil + spices + baking powder. Rub and dry‑brine 30–60 min.  

2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.  

3. Cook skin‑side down 10 min.  

4. Flip; cook 10–12 min to 180–195°F internal.  

5. Rest 5 min before serving.
